I feel more in tune with myself

I’ve been working with Sheryl now for about four months and the difference in my confidence and clarity as a professional is significant. I feel much more in tune with myself, my energy, and my ability to not only navigate what can be at times challenging professional relationships but more importantly, the relationship I have with myself.
