A few months ago I was caught up in the turmoil of burnout and beating myself up for what felt like failing every day under a deluge of work and other commitments.
Coaching helped me reconnect with what I love about freelancing, and with what’s important to me. And – dare I say it – it’s helped me play and relax more.
Now I seem to get more done,. And when I do have a stressful day, I have a different perspective and better ways to deal with it.
