It gave me so many tools.

The course really drove home to me the importance of rest and renewal within creativity, rather than pushing on through to force yourself to be productive when you are exhausted. It gave me so many tools – some I am still rediscovering through the handouts – and I know that I will keep returning to the material for years to come!
