The sessions made a real difference

I enjoyed the coaching sessions, and they have made a real difference. Starting with outlook, then practical solutions, which have filtered through to all aspects of my working life.  I am much happier as a result, in my work practice but also generally. An effect I hadn’t expected!  It’s been great going through working methods and getting a different perspective – interesting hearing about tools Sheryl uses herself for work, as well as those of other people.
